How long would it take to build a 25metre squared garage with a tiled roof, cement floor and block plastered walls if a builder set in to the job with intent?

I'm sorry but I reckon 15 days is a no go I reckon closer to a month! That's very general though. I mean is there water to go to it? power? gas? A roof, Hip roof, Footpaths around it? Block build, timber frame? cut roof? truss roof? When the pressure is on everything is relevant and giving specific answers to broad questions teaches nobody anything. Make a plan and ask a local reputable builder to call for a look the best opinion is that of ythe man doing the job.

Stop trying to spec. up the build :)
I want a simple garage with standard A roof and none of that fancy stuff that protects me from the elements.

Foundations, floor, 4 walls and a roof, bog standard no power or water a month. Possibly a bit less dependant on weather and fyi it's not specing up the build it's necessary info..........how long is a piece of string ;)

cork2; you are not casting the blocks as well.
There is about 5x4 metres of foundation to dig. walls will rise less than 3 metres except for As of roof. That is approx 20metres long by less than 3 metres high so 60 sq. metres and as I understand it a standard shaped block takes about 10 blocks per square metre with very few opes to contend with and the opes that there are are very standard in shape and size. 60 sq metres by 10 blocks per square metre is 600 blocks and then comes the roof which is as conventional as possible.
Concrete would be a stand pour.
I await your reply which I expect to be "Make that 2 months then!"

    mod note:
Phil, cut out the sarcasm, your asking an open ended question. expect open end responses.

    Phil,
why dont you get three quotations from builders, ask for a quote that includes a schedule to completion ? its the only you'll answer this with any sort of accuracy

Building 24sq.m Garage / Games Room at the moment. Concrete foundations and floor, cavity wall, tiled cut roof, 2 doors 1 window + Garage door. Simple electrics, boiler and 1no. radiator. Minor external works to finish off.

Now on day 16 of actual construction. Waiting for external plastering to start tomorrow. Would expect to be completely finished by end of next week so 20 working days or thereabouts.

Going by your manner and attitude you don't need the benefit of my experience as you have it all worked out and a word to the wise, if you get smart and sarcastic in such a manner with a builder you kiss good bye with to him attempting to speed things up for you. You asked a question I answered to the best of my ability given the serious lack of information. In future I'll just guess the spec and give you and hugely unrealistic and unreliable answer because apparently that's what you want ;)
