    hi all. im sitting in the NCT center typing this. I have a toyota levin 20 valve and its going to fail on emissions.

    I'm starting this thread in the hope that someone might know an emissions specialist, that could point me to the cause of the failure, located in dublin or meath
    - actually anywhere for that matter, the petrol money might be money well spent.

    A lot of garages have an emissions machine, but so what. all that means is that some guy spent 2 grand on a machine, often as not they know as much as the next guy - it might be your cat, have you checked the lambda, etc.

    the fact is it could be a host of expensive problems. Is there someone about who can pinpoint what it is for me, so i can spend my money wisely , please?
