In general, is there an upper limit on the LTV for one bedroom apartments? I understand that they're somewhat of a "special case" in a lot of mortgage providers.

Hi Red Alert,

Thanks for your post and apologies for the delay.

Each application is viewed on a case by case basis however, we would generally seek a lower Loan to Value for 1 bed apartments than other property types.
