Hi,
Has anyone had experience of renting classrooms in primary schools for after hours activities e.g. music lessons, tutorials etc?

If so, how did you negotiate the deal with the school principal/board of management and did it take you very long? I have been in touch with several principals regarding room hire for after school activities from Sept onwards. They have been very slow to return calls, initially some had interest though. I realise they are only just on holidays, as a teacher myself, I know how busy they have been the last few weeks.

What would the usual rates be per hour?
