He'll boards today I went into the test centre in dublin 2 with a reader to help me. First of the fails was the test centre I went to was not informed. Due to this I had to wait 20 to 30 mins for someone to be ready. Then I got called in. The PC would not boot for them so I was sent out side. All I was allowed with me was my driving lience. I waited and waited got tired and my mouth became dry waiting I I looked for a place to get water around where I was sitting. Found none please be in mind the sun is beaming and it is very warm. So I became thirsty and tired. After about nearly two hours I would say I cannot say exact because my phone was in the locker. I did fail on one question to pass but I do feel I let myself down but I also have to say the test centre has a big part in myself not been ready. Anyone else ever had issue like this ?? Or help or advice

I've never seen nor encountered the above first-hand.

You could contact them in writing outlining the above, as it happened, and see what feedback they give you.

It doesn't sound to be fair nor helpful on you & if you have passed, this might be a moot issue. Focus & Concentration was affected by you, by the sounds of it, through no fault of your own.

You should contact them and see what feedback they provide you,
    Hope that helps,
    kerry4sam

/Oh! & re-apply as soon as, informing them of this also with your new date and time.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Thank you for your email.

I am sorry to hear that you had to wait for a period of time before you could sit your test. It is in our best interest to make sure that every candidate is as comfortable and as calm as possible when entering the test centre.

If you were feeling unwell or dehydrated before your exam you should have brought this to the attention of the test centre staff who would have been more than happy to assist you. You appear to have been in a considerable amount of discomfort and claim that it was for this reason you failed your test.

Unfortunately we cannot accept that you failed your test due to this matter, and can assure you that the test centre is not set up to make any candidate fail their test.

I can confirm that we did not receive complaints from any other candidates on the day of your test.

Although I do sympathise with your situation I am unable to schedule a new exam without the apropriate testing fee of €45

Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Kind Regards,

    <snip>| Candidate Cares Team

The more that fail the more money they make. Also bringing out new disks (study material) is a money matter as the new disk is identical to the previous disk expect the new disk is missing about 70 questions.

I think it was bad luck for you but you are now going to have to pay to retake the test. Best of luck!

I do agree with u as I have study the test and I was doing a bike test and a truck answer came into the question and also a few car question. The exam itself it's not a disc of random question rather a main computer from there head office loads up all of them.which also means the question you are getting is not just random. The place and questions are confusing one example they will place two answer what I would do but u can answer just one.

The questions are pretty random tough still. If you know your stuff, you'll pass.
In my theory test there were a few questions where I thought they could have being two possible answers. That's just how they make it a bit harder. You've just got to think of the answers that are in the book.

Ok I had a lot off running around and won the battle of fighting for the retest i got a lot of bull crap of them. I asked a number of times why i was waiting 2 hours to do the test. the claimed i was the only person to complain on the day and i kept going back over senting them a message again and again because they clearly understood only on part of my complaint that was in the room with no water and they told me again and gain there was one in the waiting room and this was a lie i have footage on this, second the RSA was the only person i wrote to and told them what has happened and because of them i recent a new date. Word of the wise you cannot complain to the test centre about the test centre because they get complains but do not fellow through, they will not entertain you no matter what. I really wish the RSA will give the contract to another crowd. oh for further notes any one with dixlisia this test is the only test no one in the centre can really help you it is a joke. The is no help other then extra time they give you, The read cannot reprase the question or dumb it down to make is clearer for you to understand the question. here is a site on people withy the same boat as me remember if u have dislixia look foward in spending all ur cash

I'm glad you complained about how you were treated - many people with dyslexia don't complain about things like you experienced. It is disgraceful that they 'did not know' in the test centre that you were coming and needed a reader, when you had booked it in advance.

I hope you don't have the same trouble on the re-sit.
Don't let it play on your mind.
    Good luck.

to be honest i drive a car over the last 10 years and i know in my head what i am doing on the road but a bike is simple and people do not understand u drive and u take note off everything around u and u understand it but when u have to read a stop sign on a piece of papper means nothing,
I am really upset the fact i drive and yet since of my issue with reading i cannot pick a book and take in the lot, i have the cd that helps a lil but the issue is I also have a issue with reading and memorizing so third time round is coming
