Bravissimo or Figleaves are probably your best bet - should be able to get something with internal support up to H cup from either of them.

I'm a DD cup and get normal aquasphere/zoggs/speedos. All have internal support you just have to sit yourself into them right.

Penny has them and Dunnes Store. Every year they have them. You might need to go at the beging of the summer.

Some ladies instead of buying a togs with internal support ... they get a swim T-shirt, sleeveless, and wear under a sport bra ... and a bikini bottom or shorts.

A normal speedo type togs will do you - I am an F cup and always wear Speedos and have swam competively & in the sea. Just make sure they are nice and tight and not loose to stop drag in the water.
