    Maybe she was trying an insurance claim, apparently a lot of premises go on fire here too accidently on purpose.

    No one, including the other people who occupied the other half of the duplex, was injured, and the fire was extinguished in minutes without causing structural damage.
    When I started reading that sentence I thought it was going to say "no one, including the spider, was injured". I hope he managed to escape.

    Realistically, if you burn down your house to kill a spider it means the spider wins.
    That is if we accept the premise that spiders are specifically here f*ck up as much sh!t as they can. ;)

    I wanted to check would lynx by itself kill a spider and googled 'lynx' 'spider' 'kill'. However it turns out there is such a thing as a Lynx Spider. thwarting my search.
    Once again the spiders win.
