Looking for reccomendations for a tablet, budget of about 250 ish, would mainly use for browsing, camera, and kids watching movies. Looking at the Galaxy tab either 3 or 4. And want 10 inch. Any comments?

You would get a Tab 4 10" at that price.
Have you considered the Nexus 10?
It would be much better spec than the Tab 3 10.1"

Comparision

Only problem would be getting your hands on it for cheaper, Expansys did have it for £220 but its gone now.
If you didn't mind buying on Adverts.ie, you should get one for ~€250.
