If ,hypothetically of course, if a person was involve in a collison and was hurt.
The insurance company of the guilty party arranged a medical assessment. The medical assessment was a farce and the injured party wasnt even examined.
Another medical assessment was done with scans etc at the injured parties cost an submitted to the insurance company.
So the insurance company then decides upon receipt of the scans and medical report that they need a second examination as the scans have showed significant damage.
Can the injured party tell the insurance to go eff off and to use the documention submitted because if they hired a donkey to do the inital assessment that is an internal problem that they have to address.
What would be the outcome if the injured party refused to go to the second medical appointment.

Welcome to the game. Basically its a numbers game ultimately. Defense wants to play down the injuries, plaintiff who is injured just wants what's fair. Are you going through injuries board??? got a solicitor? Feel free to PM if you don't want to post through public form. Have gone through all this rubbish recently
