Im wondering how do I go about entering the quality assurance scheme? What are the criteria? I never entered it before as I usually just sell cull cows but in a moment of madness I decided to fatten them. I know there's no bonus for culls but trying to get the factory to take them can be a problem! Thanks in advance.

There are probably other ways but I know for certain that the factory would have forms to fill out with they would send off for you because I used to be stuck with that job! No harm to give your usual factory a ring to inquire. Then you will have notification & inspection of your farm after that.

Oh and this old thread may help- http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056913426 :)
