Not exactly Tara Street but Parliament St, about a 7-8 minute walk from Tara you'll find http://www.parliamentmedprac.com
I used her before for a quick script when I got back pain in the city. She was fast and efficient though ring ahead rather than just showing up. It was €50 iirc but that was a year ago, might have gone up since.
