Guys, any tips or knowledge as to where to get voluntary CISCO experience? I have worked in a networking environment in the past and loved it, so have worked my way up to CCNP using self study. But now the problem is relevant real life experience when trying to be considered for a Cisco role. I'm finding it hard to get anywhere even with the CCNP and 7 years in a networking role (Basic Checkpoint VPN/Firewall management) behind me. Relevant experience is key
