If you didn't plant it and you don't want it there, then its technically a weed. However its entirely up to you whether you decide it is a weed or not. That is stonecrop and it is being a weed in my garden here and there, but I like it so it stays!

(I also have wild violets, harts tongue ferns, johns wort and wild strawberries being weeds, they also get to stay)

Weed is just any plant in the wrong place.

As above, if you don't like it, out it comes.

I like stonecrop.
