Wanted: Panniers & Pannier-Bags - Solo 550km Cycle in Europe

Ideally looking for:
~ panniers
~ bags for said panniers

I'll be cycling approx 550km over 5-days in Europe soon & trying to co-ordinate my bike:

* This is not a guarantee to buy. I like to process things over so trying to picture what I'd like end result to be at this point *

~ Travelling solo, so no sharing the load
~ Will defo have light backpack and handle-bar pannier

After that, I am un-decided as to
~ one front & one rear pannier on wheel-set or
~ two rear panniers,
~ maybe two front panniers instead - undecided.

Their will be mountains to climb so I don't want all the load to be at the back of bike when climbing.

When I reach end destination I'll be getting train back the 550km to my car
~ May have to dismantle bike & bags if room is tight on train (& travelling solo); don't want too much of a head-ache, though expecting some. Thankfully, this train does NOT require pre-booking for either my bike nor me so that's one less thing to pre-plan (regular times)

Anywhoo, might give an idea if what I am looking for or maybe not,

If you have anything for sale that could assist with the above, don't hesitate,

I may be able to help I have a topeak mtx trunk bag ex with side panniers and a super tourist dx rack all brand new and never used still with the labels on if they are any use to you

how would €70 sound all in plus the rack says its for disk brakes but i think it works for bikes without disk brakes as well

Can you leave it with me though. I was given the names of a few shops to check out in person that I'd like to do first and see first-hand what size I am dealing with.

The descriptions & reviews for the above see slightly small with compartments for items/sized-items I've allocated elsewhere space-wise.

Still as I said, just trying to picture and process at the moment.

You any interest in selling these separate? As in, I'd be interested in the bag only

I met a cycling enthusiast today that was a pleasure to meet. He has found a solution for me to take the bike I want to take; in the very way I've now pictured.

My Late Loving Dad would always find solutions to unusual requests, often-times loosing countless hours sleep, just to find a solution - love that mindset!

Anywhoo, panier-rack sorted. Two bags sorted incl handle-bar pannier, but would be interested in your one here if it's for sale on it's own please?

Agree with you and considering I'll be travelling solo, the less bags I bring, the less weight I carry & of course the less I've to keep an eye on.

What kind of a bike are you on?

The standard setup would be a carrier that is attached securely to the bike and a pair of panniers. You don't want the carrier breaking or the panniers falling off or leaking, so you need to test them before you go.

Avoid a backpack if you can. Even heavy rear panniers plus a bag across the top would be preferable. Cycling with panniers is surprisingly not a pain (except for extra grunt needed uphill, and some care downhill). Any size of rucksack, on the other hand, really is.
