    Hi,

I purchased a pair of shorts in River Island in Derry (UK) but I live in Dundalk (ROI).

The shorts are too small so is it possible to return them to my local Dundalk store even though they were bought in another country (technically speaking) with a different currency?

Yes, I would think so. I had bought items from their online store and was able to return to an Irish store, even though they were bought in sterling.

If it's like Topshop, they'll allow you to do so and just give you back the euro equivalent of sterling price, based on the day's rates.

Yeah, I buy from the RI website a lot in sterling and I've returned a few items to a store in ROI and it was no problem.
