Hi LaurenPam, I've moved your thread to Personal Issues. You should get some good advice over here. Best of luck!

    Hi OP,

at risk of pointing out something that might have been said to you by others before, have you considered seeking out any counselling for this? I've taken the liberty of looking at a few of your past posts, and you state on more than one occasion that you feel inadequate and put down at every opportunity and that you have no idea how to change this. The good thing is that you are taking the right steps towards changing this simply by talking it out here rather than bottling it up, but it may be well worth sitting down in real life with a professional and talking out your feelings about yourself, and about how you think others perceive you with them. They may very well be able to provide you with the support that you need, and point you in the right direction towards bettering your opinion of yourself...

Agreed. You need professional help OP so you should go and look at seeing a CBT therapist or similar.

Hey OP, thanks for sharing your issue, this is something that a lot of people feel for a period of their life. I would agree with the suggestions of contacting a therapist so you can move forward in a positive way.
