Looking for a translation into Arabic

Hey guys,

I'm getting a tattoo and am looking for help with translation. I've used google translate and the like but would love to get confirmation from a native speaker before I go ahead!

I'm looking to get the following on my forearm in Arabic. "July fifteenth, two thousand and fourteen"

Any help would be great!!

Arthur, its harsh to think the way. I am an arab is that mean everytime I have future plan, its going to be something bad and you will be concerned.
