p45, how to use

    Im just curious, I took a GAP year from university, and took up a part time job, soon Ill be going back to college to finih my course

    So I was wondering when I quit my job soon will I be able to claim tax back from my p45, because I heard from somwhere that if your in tertiary education you cant claim p45
