I currently hand in x & o dockets weekly that my manager signs but she's away for the month of August. I'm next in line and sign paperwork in her absence but I'm presuming I can't sign my own dockets. I can't get her to sign them in advance because I wont have them before she goes. So can anyone advise me on what I should do ?

The social welfare office and they should be able to set you up with a form called UP48.

It means you send in your x and o's every week unsigned by your manager but write UP48 where your manager would usually sign.
Keep a note of the days worked and give them to your manager on her return.
Social welfare will post her the UP48 form for her to sign which will have the dates on that you worked.
