Hello, does anyone know if points for Arts change with the subjects combination, or are the same across the board? Thanks

It changes if you have specifically selected Arts International, or just pure English etc. I think, but they're separate CAO codes as far as I know. Anything under Arts omnibus will be the same points across the board.

For ucd arts it says 340-575 and has no mention of arts international?? Does that not mean it varies deepening on your subject options?

No. The range given is the points range of the incoming class - i.e. the highest and lowest result that was offered a place in the course in that year.

If you apply to UCD arts, you apply to DN500. You preselect a major, but the only effect that has is UCD will pre-register you for certain courses. It has zero impact on admission.

The only time points vary is for single major courses which are separate CAO codes, like English(DN511), Economics(DN510), etc. Those courses, incidentally, also show a points range on the UCD website despite not giving you a choice.
