My order came to £27 (€36) but I was charged £6 p&p? Is there a promo code for free postage that I missed?

Whatever you do, don't go electric!

Amazon still sell the older Gillette Sensor range. This was their last double blade cartridge razor and some would say their best before they set off on multiblade madness. Sensor is still reasonably priced!

Do you get the razor with this?

If not, which model razor will they work with?
There seems to be a lot of different versions of the fusion razor on amazon.

    Thanks.

Hi annecy, Where does one get the boots code? After googling I can only find this offer online on their UK site. Is there an in store offer?

RJPEE60 is the 10 euro of 60 in Boots.ie RBBV50 will save you 10% on orders over 50. Don't know if you can use both together

From what I can see amazon is the fusion blades, where as the boots is the mack 3 which are a cheaper blade anyway. Open to correction on this

Ordered 2 and a coupke other little things from amazon, free shipping to ireland over 25 pounds.

Amazon did add 70p to my order after I provided the southern address, and their conversion rate was ****e so I paid in pounds. From qhat I read online its better to do that if youre paying with a crredit card

Bought these packs once before. Seemed like the blades were not as sharp as the regular packs for some strange reason

The vat rate changes to Irish hence small increase.

Fusion are rubbish. I use a Sensor Excel. Better shave and you'll save money

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,495 ✭✭✭bidiots

    Much prefer the fusion tbh

Azor ftw. Never ever had a single nick. That's using the 4-blade head, BTW. I find the Azor's angle of attack much better.

Really don't know what kind of facial hair could result in a better shave with an excel over a fusion.

Here's what the order details says:

    Quantity: 1
    Order total: £9.72

You won't pay any delivery charges, but if the price goes up between then and the time they post it you will pay the extra, but they should notify you if it goes up.

How come I wasn't charged delivery though?

i think theres something there that if you commit to buying them every other month over a period of time, they forego the delivery?

A massive thanks to the OP.

My blades arrived yesterday. It's a great price for them when you compare them to the supermarkets/chemists in Ireland. I ordered them on Saturday and they arrived on Wednesday (super saver delivery).
