Change of Address Query

    My friend and her daughter live with me in an apartment which we have a joint mortgage on. My friend is a single parent who works part time and receives lone parents and FIS.

    When she moved out of home her mother asked her to leave her name on her corporation flat. This has never been an issue.

    However her mother received a letter today asking was my friend still living there and if she was she would need to have her lone parents and FIS moved to her mothers address (and therefore a new SW Office).

    If she fills out the change of address form to do this will she be re-assessed or will it have no impact on her?

    You friend will have to give the address she lives at which is the one you own jointly. Why would she give an address that she doesnt live at. I presume sw know that she is at the current address?
