Just sorting out some fields for second cut silage. The bare fields got 2500 gallons to acre.

Question is can I apply fert straight away or is there a minimum time I should leave it?

If its washed in fire it away out I reckon, that 10 days could be important to get the after grass back in earlier

Well thanks for the advice. Was very tempted to put it out today but decided to give it a few days to wash in.
Just as well I did as we had flash flooding after dinner today after such a promising start to the day. I would have being waving bye bye to the fert ;)
