So my Olympic barbell will arrive in 3 days. In the meantime I've been practicing some of the exercises to make sure I have good form before I start lifting. A couple of days ago I could barely do a squat, because I couldn't go down low. I started doing some stretches etc. and it helped me a lot. Does anyone know any other stuff I can practice before I start doing Stronglifts 5x5?
