Hi guys, Just wondering does anyone know how you can update one of these phones that's never been updated before? Going to setting and looking for software updates is showing no available updates, similarly, Kies shows no updates!

What version are you looking for?

If it's the latest 4.4.x KitKat you won't get it without flashing a custom ROM as I think 4.1.2 was the last official update from Samsung (this one should show up on Kies but it's been years since I used that now).
