Hi Eastmount, thanks for the post. I love questions like this as it's a challenge and a nice one at that !

Are you looking to put 2 speakers in each room or you have you only ran the cable for one speaker in each room ?

You could put a little system in to run the speakers which would have bluetooth or you could put in a proper separates amplifier and then add a bluetooth dock. This would provide you with much better sound quality.

In terms of good quality in-ceiling speakers, the ones to look are the Monitor Audio CT165. They make these in a stereo pair or a single speaker which has 2 tweeters and is capable of stereo from one speaker, but I would only recommend the single speaker idea for small rooms.

Sorry this may seem like a load of questions, but :

What's the distance from where you would want to use the phone from and where the speaker cables end up ?
Is the music stored on the phone ?
Are you looking to have sound from the TV coming through the speakers as well and what else are you likely to want to plug in ?
Apart from the cat cables and the speaker cable, are there any other cables coming from the TV to the place where the speaker cables end up ?
What size are the rooms ?

Sorry this seems like you have asked one question and in turn, I have asked loads, but I just need to get a better idea as to what to recommend you.

Look forward to the replies !
