Is it the fuse at the meter box or on a pole?

Are you the only person off?

If it is the fuse under the meter then you may want to get a electrician to check what is going in your installation as its nothing to do with them.

If its on the network outside, and it continues to happen yes you should make a complaint. Is this a new thing to happen?

We've had a number of outages in the past two months now too. UPS has been going mad in the office. We've a call logged to the ESB too.

I think the restoration times are good for your outages. When you consider one man covers each area after hours depending on where he is at the time he gets the call he has to prioritise the calls, then he gets to your fault and determines the cause of the problem before repairs can be made. If you are recorded as a " medical customer" you will get priority.
