    The messages are being displayed on eligible customers boxes 3 times on Thursdays & 6 times Fridays and Saturdays.

    In order to stop the messages from appearing you either need to:

    Connect and download something from OnDemand.

    Or contact Sky by Phone or Live Chant and request to be opted out. This can take up to 3 days to process.

    It's a shame Live Chat couldn't help, I wasn't told that they couldn't do it in Ireland.

    I'ts only a computer form they have to fill in so I wonder why? They do need some account info though in order to fill it in.
