    Just came across this term, never heard of it before.

    Starting Stack 15k, Early Reg Bonus 2k
    1 lifeline, €10 for 7.5k as a rebuy or top up.

    I assume that this is a Freezeout Tournament with a safety of spending an extra €10 to get a half stack as a rebuy or topup - am I correct?

    You are correct, you just used more words to say "lifeline" basically.
