I was involved in a Road Traffic Accident 3 years ago while I was working for The Local Authority. I suffered very serious injuries as a result of the accident. I never had any contact with my employers Insurance Company. I was never told by my employer wheather I was Insured, what I was insured for or anything else for that matter. Is it too late now for me to seek compensation from my employers insurance company?
