    Hi all, has anyone any experience with Galvin property & finance in Ranelagh village?

    We are looking at a property with them and wondering if anyone has any feedback about deposits being returned or anything else of interest?

    I've dealt with them, but as my username kinda gives away my name I'm very conscious of what I say I this....

    I got my deposit back after my experience lasted 12 months !!
    (They where quick to give the deposit back)

    They where very very very very very poor at getting back to me, I think maybe twice from about 20 calls during a 12 month period did they actually contact me back.

    At times I knew more than them and was informing them of what was happening with the house before they even knew.

    I was delighted when I didn't need to deal with them anymore,

    Where about is the property?
