Best compression with Fraps?

    I am currently using a tool called 'HandBrake' to reduce file size. But the videos only come up as 720p in YouTube and could be better in quality. Can anyone recommend another program with high quality and low size?

    Search youtube for "virtualdub with fraps", and the first vid should show you what to do.
