after 50 years she has suddenly gotten in touch with me?
should I be cautious? optimistic? is there a downside here?
all this AFTER my dad passed away a year or so ago?
I swear to my unborn child this is a true story and were meeting soon?
    any advice please?

Try not fuck her. That'd be a bad call.

OP, this would probably be better suited to the Personal Issues forum. http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/forumdisplay.php?f=127

You'll get serious replies in there. Have a read of their charter before you post.
    Best of luck, whatever happens.
