Anybody have any knowledge or experience on this.
I may be applying for a job in dublin airport and i had a court appearance over a year ago. The case was struck out. With regards to the vetting form, do i need to declare this appearance on the form or will it not show up during the vetting process.
    Thanks for any advice

What does the vetting form ask ? Does it ask if you have been arrested or if you have any convictions ? I'd imagine it's convictions so you should be all right I'd imagine....

They ask for convictions finalised, pending charges, but some ask for any charges brought against you. My confusion lies with whether or not any evidence of a struck out case will exist
