After finishing college 7 years ago I got a permanent job in a state run institution. Long story short I was bullied by my boss. Other workers were complicit in the bullying. I have left it a little late I know, but I would like to take a legal challenge against said boss. I could go down a number of avenues, were it not for the amount of time that has lapsed. What is your advice? I left the job because of constructive dismissal and harassment after a year. I know of another person who has successfully brought an action against this awful excuse for a person. What is your advice? Thanks

no offence, but would you not be better just moving on at this point...if it affected you that badly at the time, why put yourself through it again...
