I know it has been mentioned on here a few times that they do but does anybody know for definite? And on what grounds would they screen them? Do you think they base it on those highlighted questions after the cover letter e.g. Do you have the relevant degree/qualification, How many years relevant experience have you got? Has anyone got any experience working with them as a client and what they offer you in terms of screening applications?

They did when I used to work there. It was a value added service to employers - "we won't send you the applicants who don't meet your criteria". The screening is very brief - a quick look at your experience and education.

Note the rejected applicants are viewable online at jobs.ie, but most employers don't log into their account to view them.
