Upgrade RAM on a Medion AIO P2004

    Hi,
I got a Medion all in one a while back, P2004, Asda were selling them cheap. Thinking about upgrading the RAM to 8gb, anybody ever done this or any hints on how to go about it?
There's a panel on the back with a few screws but when you remove them it won't shift. Any hints or tips would be appreciated.
    Thanks

Looking at it again I think the whole back has to clip away from the screen. While I'm happy upgrading hard drives, cards, mobo's etc from pc's, I hate doing anything with any sealed units as I have a perfect track record of wrecking them. Does anybody know of any competent shop that would upgrade the RAM without knackering the box? (Or is there a Medion service centre in Dublin?)
    Thanks

So you can't physically get the case open?

I don't own a medion. But have had a quick look for you . The older ones had four screws 2 at the back one at the top and bottom.

    Hi SterlingArcher, thanks for that.
In this case there are no screws. It's a bit like a cheap 7" or 10" tablet where the back case clips onto the screen with internal clips. If you get something thin between the screen and case you'd be able to progressively undo the clips around the case until they come apart. However, I don't know where the clips are and could (would) cause damage in the attempt. It's a nicely made bit of kit so I'm loath to try. I'm doing a small bit of photo editing and a bit more ram would help but I'm inclined to leave it be unless somebody with direct experience arrives on the scene.
