Too dry for spraying docks?

Have a few fields that I took bales off a few wks ago, nearly fit for feeding, but a pile of young docks showing up all over. Have dockstar and ready to go but is it too dry? Want to feed them in 6/7 days

Spray them late in the evening after cows, should be fine then. Neighbouring farm rented to tillage and veg man has been spraying at night
