    Hi everyone,
    Hoping this is the right forum! I'm a registered general nurse but am starting my higher diploma in children's nursing in September. Has anyone else made this transition/have advice on starting out in paeds?
    I've been on the lookout for a PILS or PEARS (Paediatric Emergencies Assessment Recognition and Stabilisation) course to get myself on too, wouldn't mind paying but can't seem to find anywhere running these at the moment.. does anyone know of anywhere offering paeds CPD modules like these??
