Google bought twitch?

So it was announced that Google bought twitch.tv! I think Google products are great, they put alot of effort into research and development of their products which in my opinion makes their products great! However people have had their issues with Google. The whole Google plus thing was a complete balls!

In my opinion it would be great to access Twitch through a Youtube account and the new feature already introduced to twitch (the live video annotation) is a great idea. But I among many others fear what will happen to twitch. Its many peoples favorite streaming platforms and to see it made a balls of also will be a great disappointment to people. If Google are to introduce their copyright infringement policy's to twitch many users will be greatly angered! You can be sure it will happen!

I read an article which suggested that Google literally own 2/4's of the Internet! I know it was a joke but seriously, Google don't know when to stop!
