So basically I have I want to insure my phone and I am just wondering if i was to claim for the phone would it work as I am not the original owner. It says that it must be the insurers name that it wrote on the receipt which in my case is a different name to mine as i bought it off someone else. Would i be aloud to just insure it in there name and and in the event of a claim that would work?
