Hi I am looking to take my baby boy swimming in a fairly quite pool in Limerick (city or county or north cork even) Think UL would probably be a bit too busy (for him & me)

    I would appreciate any advice

We go to St. Gabriel's in Dooradoyle. Next to St. Paul's primary school. Very good heated pool. Ideal for babies. They're very strict on numbers so never over crowded.

Ul would be too cold for a small baby. Somewhere nice and warm. I agree with zamp.

UL would be too cold for young babies.
Bawnmore pool is open to public, not sure of opening times but it is a much warmer pool. Grove Island have a toddler pool.
Dooradoyle run parent and toddler classes for kids from 2 months upwards so there are a few options.

Agreed on Grove Island. The small pool for youngsters is very good.

    +1,000,000,000 for this.

Excellent facility...ideal for smaller children and babies
