    Hey,
I'm just wondering is there any walking or cycling routes around the castlebar and claremorris area of mayo? Preferably a lengthy one?
    Thanks :D

Not sure what you mean by 'routes'. If you mean off-road and long, then no.
If you mean long and on-road, then yes.
The whole area SE of Castlebar, E of the Castlebar - Ballinrobe road, SW of the Castlebar - Balla - Claremorris road and NW of the Claremorris - Ballinrobe road is great for cycling in particular. Small picturesque roads with very little traffic all around Clogher, Lough Carra, Ballyglass, Mayo Abbey, etc.
But for off-road walking, you'd really need to head west into the Nephin Beg mountains, or the Bangor Trail, for example.
