Hpat and Leaving Cert

I know that there’s all sorts of rules for combining your hpat and leaving cert results but can you use your hpat results from last year and leaving cert from this year? I repeated both this year! You’re help would be great!

Im not 100 percent sure, but I think from this year on you've to present this years result, you can't carry
