Overclocking my i5 3330

I was looking at the reviews for the i5 3330 and I seen people saying they could overclock to 3.6 GHZ from the original 3Ghz, Is this much of a boost possible and if so how would I go about it ? would I need to upgrade my cpu cooler from the stock intel one and if so what would be a good one. Thanks
