how do I get a p21 ?

    My wife is looking for a p21 balancing statement for 2011 to give to her US based accountant. I can't find anywhere on either her PAYE online or mine to do this. It says that nothing can be edited because I already have an active tax registration on ROS (I am her employer). So how do I get the p21?

    She can't as it sounds like you are joint assessed for tax purposes and you are self employed. What you can give instead is your notice of assessment for that year from Revenue which covers both of you.

    i cant find anything on the ROS site about a notice of assessment. I tried searching for a form11 and it says something about the fact that i can only search back two years.

    you should have received one after you did your last tax return - Ring Revenuse and they will resend it

    I probably did receive one. However the accountant is looking for one for 2011/2012. We will be moving to America and my wife needs to get her taxes in order for the IRS before returning.

    just give revenue a call , or if you search your archived docs in your ROS inbox you might find it

    Nothing in the archives. I've been trying for a number of days to contact the revenue and they cannot be contacted.
