Where would I get my hands on these now?

I know the half tonne bags are being bought now by most farmers.

Would fertiliser plants have seconds where maybe the print did not lay correctly?

I am hoping to bag my turf this year.

Could anyone point me in the right direction?

I'm guessing the sacks would be printed and bought into the fertiliser plants? Would it even be bagged in Ireland?

    They're on Donedeal for €30 / 100 bags.

I imagine some farmers on here might have them also. 25kg feed bags would be smaller than the fert bags but might be an option.

Hi Farmerjj, any possibility I could get some of those 25kg bags off you if you still have them?

Jeez, i must have dumped about 300 of them a while back. Brought them with the silage wraps for recycling. I was keeping them for a relative but he kept gaving me excuses for not collecting them.

Down the west anyway, most farmers would have a load of them from feeding meal to fertiliser.;)

If you feed a 25kg bag of meal to a 50kg bag of fertiliser you end up with 100 kgs of fertiliser. Don't tell anyone, it's a secret;)
