Drugs Payment Scheme - cohabiting couple?

Hopefully this is the right forum for this question!

I'm renewing my drugs payment scheme card to include my baby who was born this year. I'm wondering can I also include my boyfriend (the baby's father) who also lives in the house?

Per HSE website - "The definition of a family for this Scheme, is an adult, their spouse, and any children under 18 years."

Per Citizens Information website - The scheme covers the person who applied, his or her spouse/partner and children under 18 years or under 23 if in full-time education.

    Which one is correct?

    Thanks!

Never mind, just read the small print, "Family expenditure covers the nominated Head of Household (who must be an adult), his/her spouse (including a person with whom he/she is living as husband or wife) and children under 18 years ..."

So I assume I'm OK to include him ... it's pretty crap that it's not mentioned on the HSE website though!
