New Contactless VisaDebt Card

    Hello,

    I got a courtesy call from a Bank Of Ireland rep on Monday (16th June) asking if everything is okay, did I need anything etc.... I requested if I could be upgraded to the new contactless VisaDebt Card, to which she said yes and that she will send out the card ASAP for free.. however it hasn't arrived yet.. Should I be worried or does it take a while to come ?

    Thanks for contacting us on Boards. 

    It usually takes 5 - 6 working days for the card to arrive so it should be with you shortly. If it's not in the post tomorrow, please call Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / +353 1 4044000 and a representative will be happy to look into it for you. Representative assisted hours are 8am - 6pm Mon - Fri and 9am - 6pm Sat. Sun and Bank/Public Holidays.
