Frame Wanted For Fixie Project

    Hi All,
    I want to have a crack at building an urban/fixie just for running around town. I'm looking for a frame that I can strip back and respray but one that doesn't cost a bomb. I'd love an old 531 or equivalent 80's steel racer frame. I don't mind about surface rust or terrible paint as it will be stripped to bare metal for a home respray. I'm a small lad so looking for a 52-54cm frame with a price around the 50 euro mark if at all possible as i'm on a budget. Thanks in advance.
